Commission
Your commission is 35%. You keep your commission right at the sale. The customer pays you directly, then you pay Kat's Coffees & More™ minus your percentage. Kat accepts checks, money orders, payments through www.paypal.com or Visa or MasterCard. Your customers will need to pay you by check, cash or money order unless you have a way from them to pay you by credit card.
Recruiting
You will earn $12 in commission credit once your recruit places their first order. You will also receive commission credit for all consultants recruited by your downline.
1st downline = $12
2nd downline = $8
3rd downline = $4
4th downline and below = $1
Your commission credit will become available to you as soon as your recruit/s pay for their first order. Kat will apply available credit to orders when available. Please note, no commission will ever be paid - it can only be used as a credit on an order. It can only be used on product, not shipping.
Star Recruiters and Sellers
Each month a consultant is the Top Seller (sales at 35%), they will receive a 1 year order page, $15 in commission credit and the start of an Italian charm key chain. After being the Top Seller for 6 months (does not have to be consecutive), they will have received a total of 6 years of an order page, $90 in commission credit, an Italian charm keychain that spells out "I love to sell (1st charm) Kat's Coffees (coffees is a coffee cup charm) and will earn the title of Star Seller.
Once a consultant has 25 members in their downline, they will be considered a Star Recruiter. On June 1st and December 31st of each year, all consultants who are in a downline that consists of 25 or more will receive a $5 commission bonus just for being in that Star Recruiting downline.
Purchase Requirement
In order to stay active as a consultant, you are required to make 1 purchase of any size every 6 months. The range is April 1- September 30th and October 1st - March 31st.
Starting with Kat's
The start up fee is $5. This covers the administrative fees of adding you to the website, consultants group, chat group and providing you with your consultant number. You may also purchase an order page link when joining if you choose. This is a personalized order page for your customers to order from. It is placed under your name on the locate a consultant page. The orders will be sent to Kat. Kat will then send you 2 invoices. The first one will be for you to send to your customer for payment. After payment has been made to you, use the 2nd invoice sent to you which will have your total due with your discount to pay to Kat.
Yahoo Groups
You will be invited to the Kats Consultants on yahoo groups upon receiving your payment to join. This is where all consultants can meet and learn from each other and answer each others questions. You can find files of the catalog and helpful business tools to help your business grow. We have a weekly chat to learn about upcoming changes, new items, network and get to know each other. You will also be invited to the KatsChat yahoo group. This is a group to learn about each other and advertise your other businesses on Saturdays.
You will be invited to the Kats Consultants on yahoo groups upon receiving your payment to join. This is where all consultants can meet and learn from each other and answer each others questions. CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
Please allow up to 72 hours for your application to be processed. The application must be filled out completely in order to be processed. Please include any name you prefer to go by and the email address you want all correspondence to go to. Also, do not list a PO Box as your address. If you are signing up under a consultant, you must list their name on your initial application. No changes can be made after you have received your consultant number. Kat's Coffees & More™ reserves the right to deny any application. The information in the above application is complete and true. I hereby apply to Kat’s Coffees & More™ as an Independent Representative. I am at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. Citizen or resident.
As an Independent Representative I understand that I am not an employee of Kat’s Coffees & More™ and that I am provided no guarantee of income or wages. Any income derived through my association with Kat’s Coffees & More™ will be based solely upon my own efforts to sell and market the products to customers.
I agree to be responsible for payment of all applicable State and Federal taxes. I agree to comply with all Federal, State and local rules and regulations pertaining to Independent Representatives.
I agree to promote and sell Kat’s Coffees & More™ products by personally conducting Home Shows, community events (street and local fairs), catalog shows, stores, Internet and personal sales. I will honor with respect and represent loyalty to the company and other Representatives by not taking away customers from another Representative unless pursued by the customer herself or himself.
I understand that I can sell products side by side with other companies, however I also understand that I cannot purchase products from Kat's Coffees & More™ and sell them under a different company name.
I understand that I cannot sell or distribute Kat’s Coffees & More™ consultants’ personal information to other direct sellers, persons or companies. Doing so will result in immediate termination.
I agree to not contact or purchase from the suppliers of Kat's Coffees & More™ while a consultant and for a period of 2 years after leaving Kat's Coffees & More™ without the consent of Cathy Epperson. I also agree that I will not purchase the items on the Kat's Coffees & More™ website from any of Kat's suppliers' customers.
I agree to meet the purchase requirement of 1 order of any size every 6 months (March 1st - September 30 and October 1st - April 30th). If I fail to do this, I understand I will be removed from the company as a consultant. I also understand that if I am removed and have any unused commission credit, I will forfeit that commission credit.
If I choose to leave Kat’s Coffees & More™, I understand that all pending orders will be cancelled and refunded with a 15% cancellation fee. I understand if I cancel a pending order, this will also result in a 15% restocking fee and could lead to termination as a consultant.
I understand that this agreement is binding to me as an independent representative, and agree to abide by the policies of Kat’s Coffees & More™. Any misrepresentation of Kat’s Coffees & More™ products and/or services is subject to immediate termination.
I understand that I may be removed from Kat's Coffees & More™ without notice. If this occurs, any outstanding orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.
I agree to any future changes to the Kat's Coffees & More™ contract, policies and/or procedures. If I disagree with the changes, I will remove myself as a consultant within 2 working days of being notified of the changes via the Kats Consultants group.
I may cancel this agreement within 10 working days of the date that my joining fee is paid. There are no refunds for food products purchased.
